Personal Home Care services includes, but is not limited to the following:
- Bathing; shower, bedbath
- Grooming; lotion, shaving, dressing

- Incontinence Care; underwear change, perineal care
- Assist with ambulation; wheelchair, walker, cane
- Transfers to and from a bed, chair, toilet, or car
- Escort to social and medical appointments
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
